32 | What it’s like to Hire a Body Confidence Coach

This industry isn’t one you hear about every day. I’m not an accountant or a teacher.

So I get a lot of questions like, who is going to hire a body confidence coach?

or, “what does a body confidence coach do?”

In today’s episode, I’m walking you through a “behind the scenes” look at my 1:1 personalized coaching program.

More about working with a body image coach

I give away a lot of this podcast. That’s because I want to help as many women as I can. The work I do with my paying clients is intense.

Inner work is emotional for both me and my clients, so I can only coach about 5 women at a time (if you’re interested, book a discover phase call here)
