If you want more happiness in your life, you have to stop waiting.
We see commercials and hear people talk about what’s coming next. The big new thing.
Maybe it’s a new job or a new house.
You could be waiting to get married or get a promotion in order to start feeling happy and accomplished.
The trouble with that comes when you don’t know how to be grateful for what you have now, nothing you get will ever fill that void.
Don’t believe me?
Think about the last time you wanted something.
The thing you thought would bring so much happiness in your life.
What happened when you got it?
How quickly did the shiny newness wear off and you’re back to your normal thoughts of wanting something else?
I have happiness expert Jacqueline Pirtle on the show with me today showing you how it’s possible to live a happy life now.
If you hear us talking about happiness and think,
“well, that’s just life. Things are hard and all we can do is try to make it better.”
That’s an old recording of a message you picked up in your past telling you their story of life.
It’s very possible to be happy when you change your perspective.
Jacqueline shares a really quick way to believe it’s possible in the show! Listen now to get all her tips.
Make being happy, confident, healthy, or whatever you desire a priority in your life.
Write this down.
Acknowledge what you want, commit to it, make it a priority, and practice these intentions for your life.
Realize that you can practice this and it becomes ingrained in your thoughts that this is a priority.
As you practice this, you become more and more passionate about it!
